Custom Production Timeline
Because most of our products are custom-made and not pre-stocked, they require a longer lead time compared to ready-made or mass-produced items.
Each item is made-to-order in close coordination with our manufacturing partners. Materials, components, and finishing processes may need to be sourced or produced specifically for your order. This production model allows us to maintain premium quality and ensure that every piece meets our standards before it reaches you. It also means we do not ship immediately like companies with pre-made inventory.
As a result, it can take approximately 6–10 weeks (2–3 months) for your order to be fully produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
This timeline includes production, quality assurance, and freight coordination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Supply Chain and Tariff Considerations
We are currently in ongoing discussions with our factories and suppliers to restructure our production workflow. Due to fluctuating global tariffs and import regulations, some shipments may occasionally experience delays at customs or during freight transport. While these challenges are outside of our direct control, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as efficiently as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:
United States: 5–8 business days
International: 8–11 business days
Please note that shipping time begins after the production and fulfillment timeline described above.

Prices listed on our website are tax-free in U.S. Dollars. You may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
